About Us

Chris and Ralph are brothers having the kinds of conversations that usually happen at 11 PM around the kitchen table—only now there’s a microphone involved. Their stream-of-consciousness style covers everything from music and comedy to everyday disasters and middle-aged observations, with plenty of laughter (and a little grumbling) along the way.

Ralph is a thirty-year veteran of stand-up comedy, writing, and blogging. He’s performed at colleges and clubs across the country, sharing stages with some of the biggest names in the business—and collecting a lifetime’s worth of stories he can barely repeat in polite company.

Chris spent over a decade working in radio as an on-air personality, programmer, and operations manager before transitioning into higher education, focusing on digital marketing and academic administration. He’s the guy who keeps things mostly on track while still diving into whatever rabbit hole Ralph opens up.

Together, they bring humor, honesty, and a little bit of controlled chaos to every episode of The $18 Podcast.
